At House of Keshavi, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All tags must be intact
• The product should be returned in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
• Products purchased on sale or discount 
• Items that show signs of use or damage

Return Process
To initiate a return:

Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Refunds
• Refunds are processed after the product is received and inspected
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
• It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images. We will resolve it on priority
